ADHD Foundations Support

Over the course of 6 sessions (typically over 2 months), we’ll focus on helping you make sense of your experiences and begin working with your brain instead of against it. Together, we explore how and why the ADHD brain works the way it does, how these patterns show up in your daily life and begin to make sense of challenges like focus, follow-through, and emotional intensity. You’ll leave with greater clarity, a deeper understanding of the ADHD brain, and supportive ways to start navigating ADHD (or help others you care for who have ADHD) with more ease and alignment.

This is for you If you’re newly diagnosed, newly exploring ADHD, or feeling overwhelmed by where to begin, this is a guided space to slow down, understand what’s going on, and start building a way forward that actually fits your brain.
