Parent Co-Regulation Support

This 90-minute session offers a supportive space for parents to better understand their child’s dysregulation while building awareness of your own responses in challenging moments. Through a blend of ADHD-informed insight and practical guidance, you’ll learn how to respond with greater clarity, steadiness, and connection. Together, we explore real-life situations and identify your own triggers, and meaningful shifts that support both you and your child.

This is for you if you feel stuck in repeated power struggles or unsure how to support your child in emotional moments.

Capacity & Clarity 

A focused 50-minute session to gently explore what’s been feeling stuck, overwhelming, or unclear. We’ll identify what may be getting in the way and bring clarity to one area of focus, creating supportive and realistic next steps. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your capacity in the moment and a grounded path forward that feels manageable and doable.

This session is for you if you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start—even when you know what needs to be done—such as getting started on a task, following through, managing daily responsibilities, or feeling mentally overloaded.

Empath Regulation Reset 

A 50-minute session designed for those who identify as empaths and feel impacted by emotional absorption. This space supports you in understanding what you may be carrying, how your nervous system responds, and how to begin creating boundaries that feel supportive and natural. You’ll leave with tools to help regulate your system, release what isn’t yours, and feel more grounded and centered in your daily life.

This is for you if you often feel drained, overwhelmed by others’ emotions, or like you’re carrying more than you can hold.
