ADHD Unmasked is a guided six-week small experience designed for women who want to better understand their ADHD brain while learning practical, neuroscience-informed strategies for navigating everyday life.

Together, we progress through the same weekly topics, learning from both the coaching and one another. We'll explore how ADHD affects executive functioning, emotional regulation, motivation, relationships, and daily life. Through education, guided discussion, reflection, and coaching, you'll begin replacing self-criticism with understanding and discover strategies that work with the way your brain is wired.

Whether you're newly diagnosed, have suspected ADHD for years, having a harder time navigating hormone changes, or simply want a deeper understanding of yourself, this group offers a welcoming space to learn, grow, and connect with women who truly understand.

Weekly Topics

Week 1 | Understanding Your ADHD Brain
Discover the neuroscience of ADHD and how it influences attention, motivation, emotions, and executive functioning.

Week 2 | Executive Function: Why Knowing Isn't Doing
Learn why planning, starting, organizing, remembering, and following through can feel difficult—and practical ways to work with your brain.

Week 3 | Emotional Regulation & Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD)
Explore why emotions can feel so intense, understand RSD, and build strategies for responding rather than reacting.

Week 4 | Overwhelm, Burnout & Nervous System Support
Understand the connection between ADHD, chronic stress, masking, and nervous system dysregulation while learning grounding and recovery practices.

Week 5 | Planning, Habits & Working With Your Brain
Develop sustainable routines, ADHD-friendly systems, and realistic strategies that support your goals without relying on perfection.

Week 6 | Building Sustainable Change
Bring everything together into a personalized plan for continued growth, self-understanding, and lasting change beyond the group.
