ADHD Coaching, Executive Functioning, & Emotional Regulation Support

Helping adults, parents, caregivers, and sensitive individuals understand how their brain and nervous system work—so life feels more manageable, steady, and aligned.

You may be in the right place if you want support with:

  • Getting started on tasks

  • Following through consistently

  • Time management and organization

  • Mental overload and overwhelm

  • Emotional regulation

  • Burnout and exhaustion

  • Parenting a neurodiverse child

  • Feeling stuck despite knowing what needs to be done

This work focuses on the connection between executive functioning, emotional regulation, and nervous system capacity—because when your system is overwhelmed, even everyday responsibilities can feel difficult to manage.

Together, we'll build a deeper understanding of how your brain and nervous system work, make sense of what's getting in the way, and create practical supports that help daily life feel more manageable, steady, and sustainable.

  • "I really appreciate her [Alicia's] style of curious questioning in which she asks more and more questions so I figure out what to try and what might work best for me and my son. My life is forever changed in a remarkable way. I am a proud ADHD woman and mom. I have found a community in which to thrive. I am open with friends and family about my journey, and I have Alicia to thank for helping me discover and navigate this path."

    Jennifer F (Denver, CO)

  • “I am doing better being able to manage the different things and like seeing the progress that I am making on different tasks. I just have a lot more awareness, but also like how to get to that awareness, how to reinforce it basically. I know what better questions to ask versus previously where I always had like a breakdown or something. If I’m in the middle of something I can better direct myself, better direct that energy into doing something that is productive…Being able to actually stop and think, okay, what is difficult about this and what do I want to do about that?”

    M. A. (Texas)
