Self-Regulation Consulting offers responsive, brain-based methods for individuals with ADHD traits, emotional intensity, and executive functioning challenges—helping reduce overwhelm and frustration while building skills for emotional regulation and daily functioning.
Educational Consulting provides as-needed and fractional support through expert, brain-based strategies for ADHD traits and executive functioning challenges. Consulting may include ongoing collaboration, systems-level support, and IEP/504 plan recommendations to strengthen learning and access.

Alicia Kohls, M.Ed., PCAC, is an ADHD Coach, Educational Consultant, and Emotional Regulation Specialist, and the founder of SpiritED Bloom.
With over a decade of experience in education and coaching—and lived experience with ADHD—Alicia supports adults, caregivers, and sensitive individuals in understanding how their brain and nervous system work together.
Her work focuses on helping clients make sense of challenges like overwhelm, follow-through, emotional intensity, and mental overload—while building supportive systems that reflect how they naturally function.
Rather than focusing solely on productivity, Alicia’s approach centers on regulation, awareness, and sustainable change—so life can feel more steady, manageable, and aligned.
